Terms & Conditions

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking will be confirmed only after the advance booking amount is received. As we receive multiple enquiries for the same date, appointments are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment.

Payments & Additional Work:

Any henna work requested on the event day that is not included in the original quotation must be discussed and mutually agreed upon with the artist in advance, before henna application begins.

Overtime Charges:

If the event exceeds the agreed duration, overtime charges will apply at $100 per hour per artist. Any extension must be confirmed with the artist before continuing the service.

Cancellation Policy:

The client may cancel the booking at any time by providing written notice. However, the advance booking amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited in case of cancellation.

Henna & Skin Sensitivity:

We use 100% natural henna. Although rare, some individuals may experience skin sensitivity or mild irritation. These usually subside within a few hours. If irritation persists, medical advice should be sought. Clients and participants are responsible for informing the artist in advance of any allergies or sensitive skin. Henna application on sensitive skin will be done at the client’s own risk.

Use of Images & Publicity:

The artist may photograph the henna work for promotional use on social media, website, or other marketing materials. If the client prefers not to be included in any publicity, this must be communicated in advance.

Event-Day Arrangements:

Henna application requires a calm and comfortable environment. Brides are requested to allocate sufficient uninterrupted time for henna. Comfortable seating (such as an armchair or sofa) is recommended for longer sessions. Wearing loose, comfortable clothing is strongly advised.

Photography Timing:

If a professional photographer is arranged, please schedule them during the last 30 minutes of the henna session to capture in-progress and final henna photographs.
